HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEIKO
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEIKO
Nine years ago, little Keiko was adopted from the Humane Society. She was a high energy pup who could play 24 hours a day, often falling asleep with a tennis ball in her mouth. But the fondest memories that Mom has of Keiko are the memories that make non-dog people cringe. Everything from house plants to couch cushions went outside through the doggie door, and on several occasions, the water hose was pulled inside the house. Once, Keiko even tried to drag a Christmas Tree outside. Mom came home to find the tree wedged in the doggie door with Scuba and Keiko sitting happily outside, tails wagging, unable to get back into the house. Needless to say, it was the last real Christmas Tree we ever had as Mom went artificial after that. Mom has a certain philosophy that she follows when it comes to us dogs. Every time Keiko would tear into the couch or chew a hole in the wall, Mom would always say, 'if this is the worse thing that ever happens in life, then we should be thankful'.
A rare moment of tranquility from Keiko's puppyhood.

DESERT BONFIRE(AGAIN)
With the evenings starting to cool down just a bit(finally) we had another bonfire. Our Uncle Kris and Aunt Terri came over for a while and we had a pawsome time.

Howloween in London
Woo-woo!!! We are pawsitivly pooped. Just returned from the huge Howloween Party at the Tower of London. We made reservations with AireRuby and jetted over to jolly Ole England(Mom wouldn't let us take the Desert Dawg Express, remember Gucci's party?)
Here's a shot of some of the guests in the main hall. We were bobbing for apples(Scuba suggested bobbing for cats).
Keiko's hanging out with some pals cruising the streets of London. She's trying to keep a low profile but according to Scotland Yard, that ship has sailed as the puparazzi have snapped several photos of the Desert Pups wreaking havoc in the city.
Thanks to Eric, Asta and Lacie for their hard work in organizing the party. Can't wait til next year.
