PARTY PLANE

SEVERAL OF THE PUPS(RAMBO) HAVE COMPLAINED THAT THE FLIGHT TO WASHINGTON D.C. FOR GUCCI'S BIRTHDAY PAWTY WAS A LITTLE BUMPY AND HAVE IMPLIED THAT TOBY, WHO WAS THE DESIGNATED BARKER/PILOT WAS DRUNK. SO HE FLEW THE PLANE UPSIDE DOWN AND DIVE BOMBED THE WHITE HOUSE, THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE WAS DRUNK, CRAZY MAYBE, BUT NOT DRUNK. OF COURSE THE RIMADYL THAT HE WAS TAKING DIDN'T HELP, NEITHER DID THE PEYOTE THAT SUKA SMUGGLED ON BOARD. AND GUCCI PROBABLY DIDN'T MIND ALL OF THOSE FEDERAL AGENTS WHO SURROUNDED THE PLANE AFTER IT LANDED AT HER HOUSE BECAUSE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR THE CRAZY PILOT WHO VIOLATED THE WHITE HOUSE AIRSPACE.

BEFORE THE SUN WAS ON THE RISE, DESERT PUPS BEGAN TO PICK UP THE PAWTY GUESTS FOR GUCCI'S SPECIAL DAY. RAMBO, ROXY AND LUCKY, BEN, MARCO POLO AND THOR, DEEFOR, THE 3 HEELERS, THE 4 B'S, MJ, SUKA, SHADIE, KALYA AND MAEBE, CHARLIE DANIELS, SUNNY AND SCOOTER, ERIC, GIZMO, DAISY, MOCO, MR. T-BONE AND RUSTY ALL PACKED THE DESERT DAWG EXPRESS AND HEADED TO WASHINGTON D.C. FOR THE PAWTY.

AND WHAT TO GET A DOG NAMED GUCCI FOR HER BIRTHDAY? A GUCCI HANDBAG, OF COURSE, COMPLETE WITH A DESIGNER SQUIRREL.

AND LET'S NOT FORGET THE SQUIRREL PINATA.

GOTTA HAVE CHIPS AND SALSA AND BEER AND WINE.

TOBY UPDATE

Woof everypups. Toby here. First I'd like to say thank you for all of the get well wishes and healing vibes that were sent from all of our doggie pals out there in the Doggiesphere. I really appreciate the gesture. I'm feeling a little better today but there is still swelling around my eye and jaw and it hurts really bad to eat doggie biscuits, which really bites! So I'm on a soft food only diet for awhile(squirrels and rabbits are soft, aren't they?). The Doggie Doc isn't really sure what the problem is, she's thinking that I might have been stung by a scorpion or bit by a spider so she's going to treat it with antibiotics for a week. If there is no change by then, it's back to the Doggie Hospital for more tests. Mom says I can go to Gucci's party but since I'm on medication I have to be the Designated Barker(I'll bring some Rimadyl for you, MJ)

This is me and my human girlfriend Deanne. Every time I have to go to the Doggie Doctor, Deanne is always waiting for me and treats me like I'm the last dog on earth. She's really pawsome.

PUPPY PRAYERS FOR TOBY

Desert Pup's Mom here. Just wanted to let all of the Pup's good friends out there know that Toby is very sick. It seemed to happen suddenly. His right eye is swollen and he has swelling on the right side of his face and down his jaw and he is unable to open his mouth without extreme pain. I spoke with the Doggie Doctor tonight and she had me give him a Benadryl for the swelling and a Rimadyl for the pain. Tomorrow I am going to take him to the Doggie Hospital. I don't know what is wrong with him and if any of you pups out there have heard of a similar ailment please let me know. Please cross your paws and say your puppy prayers for him. Thank you very much.

pee-ess: hopefully the Doggie Doctor will fix him up in time for Gucci's party. It just wouldn't be the same without Toby. And the Pup's are still gonna try to pick all of the pups up in the jet that needed a ride to the party.
