GROUNDED
Freakin unbelievable!!! Mom grounded us again and this time it wasn't even our fault. So now we're not allowed in the back yard until Mom says so. Just because of a little baby rattlesnake. He was just a little guy and actually looked kind of cute. But does Mom let us play with him? Nooooo, she freaks out again and starts screaming for us dogs to get in the house. That woman screams about everything. She was shrieking something about just because it's a baby doesn't mean it's not venomous. Well, duh!!! Like we already knew that, Mom. So now we have to wait until Mom clears out some of shrubs in the back. This really sucks!!! Anyway, for a closer look click on the image.

it is so fun for us to read your blog and see all these freaky creatures we would never see...i think your mom is only trying to protect you ...remember you are her babies and she doesnt want anybody to get hurt..
Did your mom allow him to escape and live? ICK! We HATE snakes!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Baby snakes are really mean, though, and have some pretty strong poison. Better to wait and be safe.

As much as I hate to say it I think your mom did the right thing here.
Ok mom did do the right thing this time. Who stuck their nose near the snake this time??? Who do we need to worry about getting PTSD this time???HMMMMM.. My boy wants to know what kind of snake you will come up agaianst next? Maybe an escaped Python?
Good luck,
Willow
I'm glad y'all are out of the yard! My mommy seen a rat snake the other day & we ran for it!(like dummies) so glad it didn't chase us!

hey Desert Pups,
What was more scary, the rattler or your screaming mom? I think your mom was just wanting to keep you doggies all safe cuz rattlers can really hurt us doggies, even though we are bigger and stronger than them. You seem to live in a scary place! And I thought I had it bad with the mean dog behind the fence!
Suka
that's enough to scare the willies out of us! no thank you. no rattlesnakes. thank dog we don't have any of those in our back yard or at the dog park.
you be sure to listen to your mom. she's taking care of you guys.
woofs.
That looks huge for a baby. The adult ones must be enormous. Much better to stay safe indoors until the garden is clear. We are glad we don't get them over here like that. Our person did find a tiny grass snake once but they are harmless thankfully. Your one is Scary!!
Woofs,
Holly & Zac
Um, guys, my mom would be locked in the house with you. And someone else would be clearing out the brush.

Good dawg almighty!!!! What on earth are you guys doing living in that place???? Our hooman would have just dropped DEAD. NO JOKE!!!! We would have too eventually as I just know we would not have listened to her screaming..... Good thing we live in a "protected" environment. Better listen to your mommy.
